Job Description:We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate individuals to join our team as Voice Process Consultants in Fargo, ND. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a long-term contract with a fast-paced, professional environment. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to grow within the customer service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow established protocols for call documentation.
• Meet performance metrics including call quality, call volume, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve customer concerns effectively.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or recent graduates welcome.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a structured environment
• Must be reliable and punctual.

• Additional Details:

This is an onsite position in Fargo, ND – 5 days per week.

Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
