Job Description :

The Automotive Service BDC Representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving service department revenue by managing inbound/outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers. This position serves as a liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound service calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, reschedule missed appointments, and follow up on recommended services.
• Schedule service appointments accurately using dealership CRM/DMS tools.
• Promote service specials, seasonal maintenance, and manufacturer-recommended services.
• Maintain and update customer records, contact logs, and service histories.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and managers to ensure a seamless handoff of customers.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for calls, appointments, and show rates.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Previous experience in a call center, BDC, or automotive dealership is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM software, DMS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and phone etiquette.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Hourly base pay plus performance-based bonuses/commissions.
