Job Title: Marketing Manager - Digital Communications & Demand GenerationLocation: Remote (USA-based) with preference to be located in Knoxville, TN and requirement to be in Eastern or Central time zone.

Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead Promat USA's digital marketing, communications, lead qualification, and campaign management efforts. This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for delivering integrated marketing programs, managing marketing automation systems, and collaborating across departments to drive awareness, engagement, and demand.
This individual will also support product launches, national and regional trade shows, and content creation, ensuring all efforts are aligned with Etex values and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Communications
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, web, and email to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
- Create and manage content such as blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, and videos aligned with key personas.
- Ensure content across digital channels reflects Etex brand standards and voice.
Lead Management & Marketing Automation
- Implement and optimize lead qualification, scoring, and nurturing strategies using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Track and report performance through analytics dashboards; drive continuous improvement based on data insights.
- Maintain GDPR compliance and manage opt-in lists.
Campaign & Project Leadership
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned with product launches, strategic goals, and market trends.
- Lead large marketing initiatives, managing input from multiple internal teams and external vendors.
Events & Trade Shows
- Manage national and key regional events including logistics, content planning, booth design, and post-event lead follow-up.
- Support Sales with localized events and materials.
Marketing Tools & Content Management
- Maintain and update Showpad content and other digital sales enablement tools.
- Oversee external vendor websites or portals that host Promat materials.
- Manage marketing swag and promotional items.
Administrative & Support Tasks
- Handle purchasing and other office administrative duties related to marketing activities.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Strong digital marketing skills including SEO, content creation, campaign execution, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must be a US person.
Preferred:
- Experience in the architectural, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry.
- Knowledge of Showpad or similar sales enablement tools.
- Exposure to account-based marketing and demand generation programs.
