WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING As a
Commercial Sales Support Specialist, you will support our Commercial sales team and manage account relationships. You will:
- Create and manage daily customer quotes.
- Negotiate, plan and spec jobs with respective house accounts.
- Be responsible for some of the order entry, order maintenance, and management of order delivery process.
- Manage weekly bid schedule.
- Prioritize projects and communicates bid date and time, co-coordinating quoting responsibilities and objectives with Commercial Territory Managers.
- Manage quote follow-up process including updating weekly open quote reports, updating CRM to reflect quote status and coordination with 3rd party vendors.
- Assist in credit and collection activities.
- Manage the order credit approval process to avoid delays and past due orders.
- Prepare and manage submittals and orders accurately, reducing manual overrides and allowances.
- Coordinate and manage quotes and orders within guidelines for residential districts.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 1 year related experience.
- Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Knowledge in the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Effective at written and verbal communication.
- Intermediate industry and product knowledge.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
