Job Responsibility:

Essential Job Functions

Demonstrates SoundOff Signal's Core Values in daily interactions with internal and external customers

Responsible for all Treasury and Reporting, including the Statement of Cash Flow and the creation, sustaining, and improvement of internal controls.

Responsible for all Tax reporting and Audit related activities

Responsible for the accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit and collection department

o Develop KPI on best possible DSO and DPO

o Develop KPI on Cash Conversion

Responsible for the ESOP accounting and related transactions; participate in the KSOP Committee

Proactive in change management and continuous improvement recommendations to management and implements changes as needed.

Develops and implements Finance & Accounting Policies and Procedures

Responsible for team goals and development

Able to perform job consistently without excessive absenteeism or tardiness.

Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

MBA Preferred - Bachelor's Degree required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be required

8-10 years progressive growth in Finance/Accounting

5 years supervisory experience

CPA preferred

Knowledge of ESOP transactions and plans strongly referred

Proven analytical ability

Self-initiator, team player, and customer focus

Proficient with Microsoft software

ERP system proficiency required

Working Conditions

Mostly office environment, occasional light manufacturing environment

Fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Low noise level in a temperature-controlled setting

Some level of domestic and/or international travel may be required

Mostly normal business hours with occasional need to flex hours
