Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or 8 years of equivalent work experience. In addition, this position requires at least 5 years of previous work experience managing a marketing channel, a marketing program, or marketing/digital projects. Work experience must include a minimum of 2 years of experience in a specific area of expertise: digital advertising, marketing automation, content marketing, SEO, paid search, mobile marketing, optimization, peer-to-peer marketing, and/or site product management. Preferred Experience: Market research or consumer insights as well as experience creating new concepts, products, or customer experiences.

Salary Range: $75,705.93 - $119,412.45. Applies to locations with a market similar to our U.S. HQ in the Greater Seattle area. A different range may apply based on your work location. The typical hiring range is $85,000 - $97,500. Job offers within the range are based on relevant job qualifications and pay equity. As Senior Digital Marketing Campaigns Manager, your expertise will be brought to bear on work that is close to the heart of God (in the spirit of Matthew 25:34-40). Report to the Director of Digital Marketing and be an integral member of our 5-person shop that sits within the larger Direct to Donor Marketing group, which also includes direct mail, email, and cross-functional marketing campaigns.

In this role you'll be pivotal in accomplishing our digital marketing vision, helping the organization advance its capabilities in both digital and in how we market to today's donor. You'll represent paid digital marketing tactics in cross-functional campaign planning and execution sessions as the primary liaison between that group and our team. You'll be involved with planning, executing, and reporting on major marketing campaigns like Christmas, new product launches, and more. You'll be a thought leader in how different marketing teams and channels can collaborate for greater impact and bring digital marketing capabilities to other areas of the organization. And you'll manage the team's expenses, pay invoices, track expenses, and reconcile budgets.

02What success looks like (1) Facilitate greater integration between digital marketing and other functions within the organization as part of a cross-functional campaign planning group. (2) Contribute to large-scale, org-wide marketing campaigns executed with excellence by representing digital marketing tactics, channels, and best practices on behalf of our team. (3) Communicating clearly, proactively, and collaboratively with all partners and stakeholders. (4) Seek improvements and efficiencies in how we go to market, reach and engage audiences, and manage expenses. (5) Productive partnerships with a broad array of internal stakeholders. (6) Carry a clear vision for your role and its evolution in lockstep with our digital vision.

03You Bring Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or 8 years of equivalent work experience.
