Job Responsibility:

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and become an essential part of our warehouse operations. Your role involves various tasks to maintain inventory accuracy, fulfill orders efficiently, and uphold safety standards within our facility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of our warehouse facility. From receiving and storing inventory to picking and packing orders, your role is essential to maintaining efficient operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments, unload trucks, and verify the accuracy of received goods.

Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment.

Perform regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including aisles, storage areas, and workstations.

Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to company guidelines.

Assist in loading and unloading trucks, as needed.

Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

Assist in other warehouse tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Experience with inventory management systems.

Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.75 - $23.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
