Purpose:
Coordinate responses from employees and escalating with the People BPs or People Operations manager when applicable.
Responsibilities:
- Complete the re-verification process for I-9s using HireRight to ensure compliance.
- Proactively review accurate data entry of existing I-9s.
- Coordinate responses from employees and escalating with the People BPs or People Operations manager when applicable.
- Interfaces with other department, including Payroll, Benefits, IT, Site Leadership, and Corporate
- Responds to data and reporting requests
- Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments in an ethical and honest manner
- Provides other support to the department as required
What you will bring
Technical and Industry Experience:
- Must have E-Verify experience.
- HireRight system experience is a plus.
- Other general support as required
- Administration experience
- Experience with maintaining benefits, conducting new hire processing, or knowledge of general employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
- Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population and all levels of management
- Desire to work in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:
- Associate Degree or College Diploma.
Preferred:
- An equivalent Degree or Diploma.
