Job Description:

HPE is looking for a master facilitator who will be responsible for delivering customized training programs in leadership, onboarding, and professional skills that drive business outcomes. This candidate will be part of a team that creates a culture of lifelong learning, equipping our team members with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to drive individual and organizational growth. We are dedicated to fostering innovation, embracing change, and nurturing talent to empower every team member to realize their full potential. This requires partnership with other L&D and HR professionals as well as business and function leaders to customize/localize delivery solutions as required. In addition, the candidate will have unique mastery and seen as a recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including learning theories and techniques. Day to day they operate in complex classroom environments (both in person and virtual) and engage all level of learners as well as participating in cross-division, multi-function, global projects spanning countries and time zones.

How you'll make your mark:

  • Facilitating complex and innovative learning solutions to advanced individual team members, leadership, and executive audiences to engage the learner, encourage participation, and produce desired outcomes.
  • Leads the creation and identification of instructional and delivery methods using various learning solutions and the latest most innovative technologies, including coaching, and acting as a subject matter expert in multiple content domains.
  • Expertly manages a learning environment with limited advance preparation, constructive feedback, and prediction of and response to learner needs.
  • Establishes credibility by demonstrating mastery of solution content, providing relevant business examples, and helping learners apply learning to on-the-job situations and real-world problems.
  • Anticipates and provides leadership to incorporate legal, ethical, and cultural issues relevant for solution delivery by acting as a role model and mentor.
  • Develops an informal learning community and extends the learning relationship beyond the formal classroom.

About you:

  • First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Typically, 8+ years in a training delivery or equivalent role.
  • Typically, 6+ years demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience.
  • Excellent planning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness skills, including financial and global business acumen.
  • Superior ability to quickly lead the adoption of new, complex technologies and concepts.
  • Mastery in evaluating differences in learning styles within an audience and tailor delivery solutions accordingly for both in person and virtual session.
  • Exceptional delivery skills including teaching, facilitating, and mentoring capability.
