Qualifications: Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' administrative management experience in a health care setting preferred.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
  • Working knowledge of reimbursement regulations, nursing practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to hospital administration.
  • Demonstrates thorough knowledge and understanding of hospital management and operations.
  • Demonstrates capacity for leadership and management in a complex and changing healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrates the spirit of the philosophy, mission, and values of the hospital through words and actions and implements them into departmental processes, programs, and the working environment.

Posted Total Compensation : The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It's not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is below: Minimum Salary: USD $145,000.00/Yr. Maximum Salary: USD $180,000.00/Yr.
