Job Responsibility:
Description Position Summary:
An administrative support role in our Lung Health Center, assisting the new Medical Director as well as other positions as needed.
Under minimal supervision, to provide diverse and confidential administrative, secretarial and support services to the director and division managers. May handle assignments that require a thorough knowledge of the policies and procedures for the department/institution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support: composes, transcribes, types, edits, proofs, documents; organizes meetings; develops PowerPoint presentations; manages department records.
- Maintain calendars, organize meetings for busy principals.
- Coordinates the publication of the division's policies and standards.
- Various financial responsibilities such as purchasing, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Salary Range: $16.50 - $21.45
Qualifications High school diploma or GED and seven (7) years of secretarial or administrative experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred and may substitute for three (3) years of experience required.
