Job Summary and Qualifications

• Ensures high quality, patient-centered care by facilitating the daily operations of the Quality Management/Patient Safety Program(s)and Performance Improvement programs
• Collaborates with the Director and the leadership team to develop, revise, and implement programs, initiatives, and improvement strategies, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and other governmental requirements
• Provides leadership in data analysis, incident response, and staff education to advance patient safety and control and minimize risks at the facility.
• Leads and facilitates designated initiatives
• Maintains and coordinates quality and PI report cards, dashboard, and other reporting mechanisms

What qualifications you will need:

• Associate or Bachelors Degree in nursing or health related field. Masters degree preferred
• Three years clinical experience
• Two years healthcare quality/risk management
