Job Responsibility:

Job Purpose:

The Administrative Clerk will provide onsite administrative support to the DACH Family Programs Team Lead as well as the Department. The Contractor shall assist the DACH Family Team in all administrative support tasks for the Department and Team Lead.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in compiling and organizing all requests for supported events into a provided information technology platform, that will be reviewed for accuracy.
  • Assist with project oversight and project management.
  • Assist Team Lead with creating status memos and attend offsite meetings as needed.
  • Assist Team Lead with conducting and scheduling status meetings.
  • Serve as alternate Point of Contact for Clients in the absence of the Team Lead.
  • Working with the Team Lead to ensure invoices are submitted, project plans are maintained and all deliverables are met. according to client requirements.
  • Provide assistance analyzing and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative program data to prepare narrative presentations, fact sheets, information papers, graphs, and charts as needed.
  • Disseminate Family Program updates, MOIs, information, and announcements to local Family Program managers upon request. Communication method (email, VTC, phone call, etc.) or acknowledgement of receipt may be required.
  • Provide a Quarterly Historical Program Report that includes at a minimum, a list of all command requested events in that quarter.
  • Consolidate the applicable Quarterly Historical Program Reports into an Annual Historical Program Report.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Business Administration and Project Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with corporate and governmental agencies.
  • Experience with Project Management/Team Leadership
  • Experience with supporting Army Commands.
  • Strong analytical and follow through skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work well independently on defined tasks.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and alone.
