Job Responsibility:

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service Advertising Agency right on the beach in Huntington Beach, CA, is looking for a skilled Account Executive to join our Retail team on a freelance basis!

The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day execution of programs and/or projects associated with the Hyundai Dealership Associate of America (HDAA) accounts, and ensuring that work is on strategy, on time and within budget.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for timely and accurate execution of regional/local assignments for assigned Region(s) including, but not limited to, sponsorship deliverables, and broadcast and digital offer incentive promotions.
• Follows established agency and client processes including assignment intake, scope management, and time reporting, etc.
• Responsible for management of weekly project status sheet and key work back calendars
• Acts as the liaison to our regional office, on all issues, including day-to-day operations.
• Assist in the development of client presentations as requested.
• Is knowledgeable about the brand, the products, and assigned Regions market conditions & dynamics and competitors.
• Enforces adherence to brand and quality standards.
• Foster effective, efficient and/or innovative solutions in an effort to improve upon day-to-day processes.
• Communicates client questions and/or implement timely solutions in response to client inquiries/requests, with emphasis on follow-up
• Assist with the scheduling, arranging and coordinating of meetings as requested.
• Maintain well-organized library of assigned Regions TV & radio executions and broadcast elements on the agencys server.
• Monitor competitive activity and conduct competitive reviews/analyses as requested.
• Support Management Supervisor-Retail and Retail Director.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant, equivalent experience.
• Experience as an Account Executive in a full-service agency and knowledge of regional and dealership operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong time management, organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to balance multiple assignments and set priorities.
• Must be computer proficient with working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.

The salary for this role is $65,000-$68,000. Pay is dependent uponseveralfactorsincluding but not limited to: client,experience, training and/or transferable skills.
