Technical Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience out of which at least 3 years of hands-on experience delivering Machine Learning product or solutions in one or more areas related to Generative adversarial networks, Data Classification, Image Classification, Data Extraction, Data regression, Anomaly Detection, Data Clustering, Sentence Completion and Data Embeddings with Search
Machine Learning
- 6 months + experience in Generative AI (or LLM technology) -
- Gemini/ GCP - completions and embeddings,
- Open AI/ Azure - completions and embeddings,
- Prompt Engineering - One shot, multi shot, Grounding,
- Tuning - Adapter and HITL/RLHF, Extensions,
- Embeddings and Vector Search
- 3 years+ experience Neural Networks (RNN, CNN, GANs), Transformers, Reinforcement Learning and Transfer Learning
- Proficiency and expertise in building ML solutions using Python programming language and packages
- Proficiency and expertise in one or more ML frameworks and tools like Tensorflow, Pytorch, Caffe, Theano and have hands-on project experience.
Google Cloud Platform
- 6 months + experience in Generative AI model management, model monitoring, model deployment, model metrics with GCP Vertex AI
- 1 years+ experience hands-on experience with GCP Big Query for data analytics using BQ API, BQ SQL, BQML, BQ Analytics, Looker Studio
- 3 years+ experience with hands-on experience with Google cloud platform technologies: Vertex AI, Big Query, GKE, Auto ML, App Engine, Pub/Sub (Streaming), Cloud Functions, Cloud Data Store and SQL
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of ML Engineers in the develop and delivery of solutions for one or more of the following:
- Search using Embeddings and Vector Search
- ChatBOT/ VoiceBOTs using Completions, RAG, Finetuning and other Gen AI techniques
- KMS using Completions, HTML parsers
- Process automations using Completions, Embeddings, Vector Search and other models
- Data management using BQ and SQL
- Integrate and Test the product features with Web/ IVR and other internal call center applications
- Collaborate with business and user teams for product testing, product deployment, product launch and post production activities
- Works in Agile methodology and participates in Story grooming, Story prioritization and Story release activities.
