With a passion for building products which change people's lives, this position will develop high quality and intuitive software. In an agile environment you will be developing mobile applications from requirements and wireframe designs. You should be comfortable working with other internal and external teams. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile software applications for medical devices, ensuring high performance, reliability, and compliance with FDA regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, firmware developers and QA professionals to integrate mobile software into the larger solution.
- Propose technical design and architecture for mobile application features including user interface and underlying components.
- Demonstrate proficiency in mobile application frameworks including Swift, Kotlin, and Xamarin cross-platform development using C#.
- Conduct thorough unit testing of mobile applications to identify and address potential defects, ensuring reliability and patient safety of the software.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for software design, development, testing, and validation processes in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience designing and developing mobile applications.
- Proven experience with performing root-cause analysis of software systems to improve performance and quality of the product.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficient in C#, Swift, and Kotlin programming languages
- Writing and maintaining quality unit tests in a CI/CD environment.
