Job Description

Under moderate supervision, prepares the UMMS Staffing Center (UMMS SC) is responsible for the processing and handling of timekeeping needs and Kronos related activities for the UMMS Staffing Center. Including the processing of payroll, conducting routine and complex review of worked hours at Member Organizations and ensuring accurate worked hours in timekeeping system and investigates any pay irregularities. Assuring employees are being charged to the appropriate member organization and AU. Responsibilities also include auditing payroll changes for accuracy, and preparing special payroll related reports as directed by management.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Three years of progressive experience in preparing payroll and associated reports.
