Rooms To Go is looking for someone that wants to build a career with fantastic furniture retail Company! The Visual Merchandiser's role for Outlet is for anybodythat is creative and an innovative thinker who uses their skills to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our showroom floor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the store on a day-to-day basis.
  • Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead customers throughout the entire store.
  • A leader that guides the warehouse team in special projects and showroom floor resets.
  • Ensure sold Merchandise is removed from the floor and immediately replaced to maximize inventory turn ratio.
  • Assist with execution of all pricing and tagging initiatives to continuously move product and ensure merchandise is tagged and priced accurately before it leaves warehouse doors.
  • Conducts daily store walks with Store Manager and Operations Manager to go over game plan for the day.
  • Be able to follow verbal and written direction from the Regional Visual Merchandiser and implement the directive with minimal supervision.

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Quality Control/Assurance, operations, or a related field
  • Basic computer skills
