Our current brands include Little Caesars, Wingstop, Dunkin', Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Sizzler Steakhouse, Jersey Mike's Subs, Jamba and Cinnabon. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Customer Experience to join our team and work with our restaurant operators and support team to monitor, report on and ultimately elevate our guest experience across all our restaurants.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience across our restaurant brands. This role will monitor data feeds from various sources to develop actionable objectives and track KPIs. The right candidate is a visionary leader who can drive customer-centric initiatives, analyze customer feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Experience Strategy:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with the company's mission and values.

· Identify key customer touchpoints and create initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.

2. Customer Feedback and Insights:

· Regularly analyze and interpret customer feedback data streams from various brands.

· Utilize data and insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.

3. Brand Consistency:

· Ensure consistency in the customer experience across all brands while respecting their unique identities.

· Develop and implement brand standards and training programs for staff to maintain high levels of service.

4. Collaboration:

· Work closely with operations and training teams to integrate customer experience initiatives.

· Partner with revenue management team to leverage data solutions that enhance the customer journey.

5. Innovation and Best Practices:

· Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer experience management.

· Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business, Management Information Systems, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience, hospitality, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer experience strategies.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

· Passion for the retail industry.
