Merchant Service Deployment Specialist
The Merchant Service Deployment Specialist provides technical help to our customers which includes building terminal files for download, gateway builds for new clients, integration with multiple POS providers, processing equipment orders, and handling customer's technical questions.
Job Responsibilities
· Respond to technical questions and/or concerns promptly.
· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues with different platforms when necessary.
· Build the applicable terminal files for new or existing merchants to download.
· Provide new customers with gateway builds on multiple gateways.
· Provide training to new or existing customers as needed.
· Provide new customers a “welcome package.”
· Complete a quality assurance review of every customer order.
· Maintain terminal hardware inventory.
· Maintain relationships with multiple hardware/gateway providers.
· Order supplies/hardware when necessary.
· Review customer orders to ensure the accuracy of an invoice and proper billing.
· Provide gateway monthly reports to management.
· Process and track air bill orders as needed.
· Ensure internal SLA achievement on new accounts.
· Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
· HS diploma/G.E.D., associate degree or higher preferred.
· Ability to multitask and accurately complete assignments.
· Demonstrated computer knowledge/skills.
· Effective communication skills- verbal and written.
· Must be an initiative-taker.
· Prior experience in a production environment, preferably in order fulfillment in a demanding environment.
· Must be able to read and understand system generated order requirements as wellas printed work instructions.
· Ability to lift to 50lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
