Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist/Bioreactors must provide excellent customer service, process bioreactor orders, communicate and interact with all internal and external teams, and be familiar with parts and operation as it relates to the bioreactor systems.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders for bioreactors and bioreactor parts
- Process and track orders from Infors USA for bioreactors and bioreactor parts to Infors AG and vendors
Maintain and manage inventory of bioreactor spare parts
Required Skills/Abilities
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the life science or instrument business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft GP a plus)
- Experience working with CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus)
- Efficient time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Educational/Work Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related discipline).
- 2 years customer service experience
- 2 years' experience working with parts
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift-up to 15 pounds at times.
This position is 100% based in the headquarters in Annapolis Junction, MD.
