Position Summary The Corporate Strategy team within Strategy, Consulting, Innovation & Analytics Division (SCIA) exists to define and facilitate the strategic planning process; develop, articulate, and adapt the company's strategic plan; and support critical strategic initiatives in their formation of recommendations and implementation plans, working closely with leaders and subject matter experts from across the business. Reporting to the Business Planning Senior Manager, and with a dotted line to the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, the Business Planning Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting management of the organization's cross-functional business planning process and analyzing strategic alignment. Key Responsibilities Support management of the business planning process, driving efficiency and transparency Manage a current repository of business planning materials, adapting and refining planning templates in support of evolving business needs and agile alignment Support business planning information collection, so that it is streamlined for the business and translates into a single source of truth Develop agendas and summary materials for planning meetings with senior leadership Support development of updates and educational materials for stakeholders Maintain transparency between reviews of operational and in-flight initiatives and prioritization of new strategic initiatives Support the division planning process, driving and tracking alignment to organizational priorities Execute analyses of business plans and report on progress against strategic objectives to ensure alignment Support analyses of alignment between multiyear strategy and annual and rolling plans, highlighting business impacts and feasibility considerations Support measurement and reporting of the organization's progress against its strategy Support development of materials that summarize our plans for the Executive Management Team and the Board Support and participate in other Corporate Strategy projects and activities Support strategy projects as directed by the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development Keep abreast of changes in the industry to inform strategy and competitive intelligence deliverables Qualifications Project management and/or consulting skills, as well as interest in strategic planning Quantitative skills, including ability to analyze business impact and experience with Excel Understanding of or interest in the health care industry Ability to deal effectively with ambiguous situations and be flexible as appropriate Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations to a variety of audiences Organizational and time management skills including the ability to prioritize multiple projects and assignments Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience, including experience in an analyst, consulting, planning, and/or project management role This position is eligible for the following personas: Mobile, Resident Minimum Education Requirements: High school degree or equivalent required unless otherwise noted above Location Boston Time Type Full time Salary Range: $90,090.00 - $110,110.00 The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability. This job is also eligible for variable pay.
