Job Responsibility:
The Rapid TSS position is responsible for significantly developing the company's Rapid DNA Business. The successful candidate will need experience implementing long term projects in Law Enforcement, Strong Law Enforcement networking/collaboration experience, contacts in the assigned territory which would lead to expanding the adoption of Rapid DNA testing within Law Enforcement Agencies.
The successful candidate must be able to work in a strong team environment, set and achieve business goals as defined as part of the established business plan.
Primary responsibilities include:
1) Law Enforcement Account Management
2) Developing effective strategies and tactics to increase awareness and adoption of Rapid DNA products (RapidHIT ID, RapidLink Software, and consumables) with Law Enforcement Agencies in the designated territory.
3) Understanding and assessing customers' goals/objectives, strategies and, building value propositions that represent solutions with our support and product portfolio.
4.) Partner and work closely with Human Identification Sales partner to drive acceptance or support of Rapid technology at crime laboratories to facilitate law enforcement adoption.
5.) Attend Law Enforcement Conferences and Internal business meetings. Managing RapidHIT ID presentations/demonstrations

- Ability to work with a strong team/contribute to the team
- Understanding of Law Enforcement budget/ project cycles
- Knowledge of Law Enforcement Grants and funding opportunities
Job Knowledge
- In-depth industry knowledge of the Law Enforcement
- Overall product knowledge and relevant applications for all product lines associated with Rapid DNA.
- Knowledge of competitor products and differentiating features.
- In-depth understanding of customer business, goals and objectives, strategies, and needs.
- Understanding customer decision making process and key decision makers and influencers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Required
- Completion of graduate level coursework or advanced degree preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel at least 60%.
