JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for preparation and scanning of medical records into Document Imaging system and conducting quality assurance of all scanned documents.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:- Preparation of medical record for scanning.
- Scans all medical records.
- Quality Review of Scanned Records.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Medical Terminology Preferred.
