Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Store Associate at Patriot Postal, LLC located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their needs, providing excellent customer service, managing retail sales, and supporting store management. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization. The ideal candidate will have Texas Notary. Competitive salary depends on experience
Qualifications
- Experience with PostalMate Software is required
- Customer Loyalty and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Retail Sales and/or Store Management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes and weights
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
