Job Description The Course Leader Coordinator will assist in recruiting, training, assigning and managing Course Leaders for all WorldStrides K-12 programs. Manage Brightspark/ Explorica assignments and maintain a strong relationship with Course Leaders and agencies. Will also be responsible for communicating WorldStrides' customer service philosophy and goals to Course Leaders.
Course Leader Coordinator Responsibilities
- Provide general support for Course Leader Team.
- Manage CL assignments for all Brightspark/ Explorica programs.
- Assist in assigning CLs for all K-12 programs.
- Maintain familiarity with itinerary sites and their operating procedures in order to serve as an effective resource.
- Assist in training CLs new to WorldStrides.
- Continually seek ways to improve internal systems for efficiency.
Qualifications - Four year bachelor's degree preferred and oneyear experience managing multiple tasks.
- Proven strengths in organization and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to conceive, develop, and implement project from beginning to end.
- Ability to use keyboard, process paperwork, and work in an office environment under deadline pressure. Solid computer skills are a must.
- Strong verbal communications, ability to visually proof documents and computer data entry skills are necessary; expertise in Word/ MS Suite/ Excel a must.

Requirements:
