Job Responsibility:
Position Summary The Curbside Supervisor will oversee and give instructions to curbside staff and take responsibility for progress. The Curbside Supervisor will respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues and/or complaints and feedback and will address concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Responsibilities ? Troubleshoot guest and product issues. ? Perform mid-shift Cash sweeps as needed. ? Create product descriptions for items sold in store and online. ? Perform opening and closing procedures of department as required. ? Ensure that staff is informed about changes to company products and services. ? Monitor employees while on shift to ensure that they are conducting their daily duties, tasks, and checklists. ? Identify opportunities to update or improve procedures and make recommendations to senior management. ? Allocate work shifts accordingly for easier transitions, this includes communicating with curbside at pre-shift, mid-shift, and closer. ? Explain the Company?s procedures and policies to customers and ensure smooth processing. ? Provide superior customer service by exuding a friendly, easygoing, and professional demeanor. ? Consistently maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company?s Brand Standards. ? Participate in in-house modeling programs, special events, functions, marketing campaigns and advertising and performs model/ambassador tasks. ? Maintain Social platforms as indicated by management; post events, communications and participate in marketing campaigns via social media. ? Ensure Company goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met. ? Be well informed of information and knowledge shared on the Company?s communication platforms, and actively seek additional knowledge. ? Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures. ? Maintain an elevated knowledge of cannabis, cannabis products, brand standards, and compliance. ? Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities ? Train new employees on all departmental procedures. ? Work hand in hand with curbside staff to facilitate guest issues. ? Provide feedback to Managers for employee performance evaluation. ? Issue disciplinary action of employees in accordance with Company policy. ? Oversight of curbside scheduling and timekeeping, staff checklists, job responsibilities and cleanliness.
Qualifications ? Data entry skills. ? Must be 21 years or older. ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Ability to perform simple calculations. ? Possess a valid Nevada Agent Card. ? OSHA 30 General Industry Certification. ? Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. ? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations. ? Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants strongly preferred. ? Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting business demands. ? Ability to multi-task and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail.
Physical Demands ? Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time. ? Ability to bend, stretch, and handle or feel objects. ? Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English. ? Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds or more, without assistance.
