Job Responsibility:

The role of the Logistics Customer Order Representative is to be the last person to find missing pieces that other staff cannot; communicating our discrepancy to the customer while keeping them satisfied and offering something similar.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The ability to satisfactorily adhere to company attendance policies.
• Be able to find creative ways to prevent callbacks to the customer
• Assisting in low on hand cycle counts
• Extensive oracle knowledge with WIP, order management, inventory, and wms modules
