Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant Intermediate will provides a variety of professional and administrative support to the School of Nursing. You will provide customer service by assisting guests, students, faculty and staff. You will report directly to the Dean.

Responsibilities*
- Provide customer service in the Office of Student Services
- Greet guests, assist students in the office
- Provide administrative support to the Program Managers and academic advising staff
- Provide administrative support for the Student Affairs Program Directors and Clinical Placement Managers
- Compile standard reports for clinical compliance and admission /progression.
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned that require updating documents and spreadsheets, copying, filing, answering phones, etc.
- Set up face-to-face and virtual meetings
- Manage student and program data, including the oversight and organization of student record systems
- Compile student reports to assist Advisors with admissions process, graduation and course failure audits
- Facilitate the organization and implementation of all undergraduate student orientations, recruitment events, and outreach activities
- Interpret SON policies and procedures for students and respond accordingly
- Provide administrative support for academic advising, student services meetings including minutes, agendas and correspondence
- Responsibilities of this position require in-person attendance 4 days a week with 1 remote day.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications*
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of administrative experience
- Proficient in software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Work Schedule
Hybrid:
A consistent hybrid work schedule (four days on campus and 1 day off campus) is available at this time. However, this is subject to change based upon the duties of the position and needs of the department.
