We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Real Estate Closing Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate closings and possess strong organizational skills. As a Real Estate closer, you must be professional, personable, well spoken, and punctual. You will be responsible for front line communication with customers, realtors, and mortgage lender representatives while preparing loan packages and closing packages.
- Prioritize daily tasks
- Prepare and balance Closing Disclosures and HUD Settlement Statements
- Assist in the due diligence process for closings
- Collaborate and gather information with all parties to the closing file
- Prepare closing documents
- Stay abreast on closing deadlines
```Experience```
- High school diploma
- Must pass criminal background check and credit check
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Closing Secretary or similar role
-Financial or banking experience may be considered
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package-Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong knowledge of email organization
- Experience with industry software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
