We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Real Estate Closing Secretary to join our team. 1. Administrative skills: Efficiently managing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.

You will be responsible for front line communication with customers, realtors, and mortgage lender representatives while preparing loan packages and closing packages.

- Prioritize daily tasks

- Prepare and balance Closing Disclosures and HUD Settlement Statements

- Assist in the due diligence process for closings

- Collaborate and gather information with all parties to the closing file

- Prepare closing documents

- Stay abreast on closing deadlines

```Experience```

- High school diploma

- Must pass criminal background check and credit check

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Closing Secretary or similar role

-Financial or banking experience may be considered

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package-Word, Excel, Outlook

- Strong knowledge of email organization

- Experience with industry software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
