As a Summer Regional Teller, you will be responsible for supporting multiple branches within Dollar Banks Pittsburgh Market. Travel reimbursement available after a certain threshold is met. The summer teller position will allow you to work from Mid- May through Mid- August. It would also give you the opportunity to return to Dollar Bank for employment while on break from school. Job Description:
  • Provide each customer with a unique experience by creating customer loyalty through improving their financial well-being.
  • Uncover opportunities through conversations with customer and refers them to the appropriate branch staff.
  • Apply product knowledge to solve customer issues.
  • Follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Complete customers transactions efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with customers so you can anticipate their financial needs.
  • Friendly, positive demeanor
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Six months customer service and/or cash handling experience required. Will also consider related administrative experience such as account payable, bookkeeping, or budgeting.
  • Must be available to attend scheduled training in either the Strip District or Fox Chapel.
