This summer position allows you to develop a basic understanding of the products and services offered at Dollar Bank. As a Summer Regional Teller, you will be responsible for supporting multiple branches within Dollar Banks Pittsburgh Market. Travel reimbursement available after a certain threshold is met. The summer teller position will allow you to work from Mid- May through Mid- August. It would also give you the opportunity to return to Dollar Bank for employment while on break from school. Job Description:
- Provide each customer with a unique experience by creating customer loyalty through improving their financial well-being.
- Uncover opportunities through conversations with customer and refers them to the appropriate branch staff.
- Apply product knowledge to solve customer issues.
- Follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
- Complete customers transactions efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Build relationships with customers so you can anticipate their financial needs.
- Friendly, positive demeanor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Six months customer service and/or cash handling experience required. Will also consider related administrative experience such as account payable, bookkeeping, or budgeting.
- Must be available to attend scheduled training in either the Strip District or Fox Chapel.
