Job Description: At Regions, the Business Unit Operations Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks within the line of business. Primary Responsibilities Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed Resolves customer or associate inquiries as necessary Prepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects documents May research and resolve payment related issues which may include missing payments, disputed accounts history requests and general related questions Works under general supervision following established guidelines and procedures This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Preferences Two (2) years of operations or related experience Skills and Competencies Ability to learn additional systems as needed Ability to work in a team environment when applicable Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Additional Skills and Competencies: Receives and reviews post-judgment collection matters and monitors those matters for performance and compliance to settlement terms. Reviews litigation documentation to ensure they understand the terms and conditions of the settlement. In the event of non-compliance or default, contact the legal case manager and outside counsel to determine next steps. May work with the legal case manager and outside counsel to implement strategies on non-performing judgments. May assist the legal case manager or outside counsel by preparing documents relating to collection litigation, discovery or other pre or post-judgment collection requests. Updates reports and/or systems daily to detail the status of the matters. Reviews and prepares documents in response to, and received from, the Regions Bank Subpoena Team. Investigates judgment debtor assets, including bank accounts, real or personal property, or any other financial interests using a variety of methods. Possesses a broad knowledge of the entire lending activities of Ascentium Capital. Keeps informed of the laws, regulations and rulings governing leasing and lending. Works under limited supervision following established guidelines and procedures. Interacts with other departments within the company in a manner that constructively creates positive change.

Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
Job Range Target:Minimum: $40,515.00 USD
Median: $44,400.00 USD
