Responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of moderate complexity, often multi-channel, marketing campaigns by providing project management and/or executional support and may provide direction to a Project Coordinator.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Supports marketing strategies by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget.
• Provides strategic counsel and executes project management best practices and tactics that align with brand objectives/goals.
• Supports the strategy and leads planning for assigned brands and phases across the entire consumer lifecycle.
• Develops functional specifications and requirement documents.
• Manages risk and issues
• Provides status reports.
• Develops and manages project timelines.
• Collaborates with a large group of stakeholders across Marketing to ensure functional specifications and requirement documents are met.

Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

• Self-starter - someone who is ready to dive in without much training and discover the project scope
• Strong excel skills
• Strong PM skills
• Managing multiple projects at once,
• Multiple timelines,
• Strong communication skills
• Agility - easily shifts gears from one project to another
• Attention to detail
• Digital production knowledge
• Compliance filing experience (CMS and state DOI filings)
• Production/versioning grid experience - prepare assets with multiple variations in product/markets/brands for production
• Medicare/Medicaid experience.
• Jira Workfront Confluence
