Nutrifoods, LLC has an excellent opportunity for an Administrator (HR & Accounting) in our Hubbard, Texas location. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrator to oversee various day-to-day administrative functions in human resources and accounting. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated multi-tasker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role combines will focus on HR processes and financial record keeping processes.
Essential Functions Include:
- Responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level specifically for recruiting, onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- The successful candidate will be heavily focused on recruiting and staffing for production jobs and will coordinate the processes in the employment cycle from recruitment to termination.
- Utilizing ADP will be responsible for conducting onboarding for all new hires and off-boarding as employees exit the organization.
- Through a multi-faceted recruiting initiative, the successful candidate will actively partner with organizational leadership to identify staffing needs and to create accurate job descriptions, job postings and recruit.
- This role will coordinate and communicate employee engagement activities.
- Position will assist in handling employee questions as it relates to benefits, payroll, and company policies.
- Invoices review and processing
- Purchasing review and receiving
- Inventory oversight
- Vendor support and setup
- Accounting support
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of experience as an Office Administrator with a focus in HR, HR Coordinator, or Bookkeeper
- Experience working in a Human Resources recruiting
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and prior experience working with HRIS systems.
- Detail oriented with ability to produce accurate work and follow instructions on a routine basis.
- AS/AA Degree or BA/BS Degree preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
