The role of the Field Sales Specialist is to evolve new client relationships and to be an advocate for our client's product offerings and potentials in their industries.

We are looking for outgoing, driven individuals to join our team as Field Sales Specialist. Field Sales Specialist possess winning attitudes and the ability to make our clients' customers feel welcomed in-store. Field Sales Specialist will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our client's latest products and services, and recommend solutions and current promotions available to them.

Responsibilities:

• Grow your working knowledge of marketing, sales, and consumer acquisition fields
• Build relationships with customers and communicate promotional services
• Coordinate retail promotions and organize presentations of sales information face-to-face with consumers
• Work both independently and collaboratively to meet client market expectations
• Takes an active role in training and mentoring new Direct Sales Associates
• Learn and client pertinent product knowledge for our brands
