Job Responsibility:

Job Title: Order Fulfillment Associate/ Mortgage Loan Processor

Location: US (Onsite- Glendale, CA)

Requirements:

• Associates degree or one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Preferred Experience:
• Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, and/or commercial banking preferred

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and agencies
• Perform searches, document retrieval, preparation, execution, filings, and recordings
• Assist with order fulfillment and issue resolution
• Explain service offerings, procedures, and jurisdictional requirements
• Make informed decisions to meet client expectations
• Provide recommendations for improvement in customer satisfaction and efficiency
• Assist with training on products, jurisdictional requirements, and databases

Benefits:

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
