ACTON is seeking an Sales and Business Development Manager to join an experienced internal and external multi-disciplinary team that offers standard and customized, next generation mobility and green energy systems.

This is a dynamic position that requires good organization and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, growing environment. We are excited about the opportunities in front of us and goals we have set for the future, so we are looking for talented, motivated people to grow with us.

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong, on-going relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Create, plan and deliver presentations on company solutions
  • Proactive pre-sale support
  • Post-sale support of client base including processing and booking of offers
  • Directing of research inquiries and other activities that clients request
  • Excellent and comfortable with outreach and close deals
  • Review market analyses to determine customer needs and requirements
  • Represent our organization at trade meetings and/or events
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as requested
  • Track sales activity in company CRM and keep current
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline and prospect new sales leads
  • Coordinate with other team members/departments to optimize the sales effort

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years sales experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adept to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical with sharp decision making skills
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, high energy and positive attitude
