The Consumer Marketing Organization defines customer vision, product management, business plans and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the company's largest multi-billion-dollar revenue businesses including Windows, Surface, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Edge browser, and Search & Artificial Intelligence (AI). Search & AI continues to be top priority for the company with the recent breakthroughs in AI. We're in search of a Senior Audience Marketing and Campaign Manager to be part of our Global Search & AI Marketing team. We're looking for someone who has experience identifying market and category opportunities with clarifying data and insights, embraces big challenges, and takes thoughtful risks working in deep partnership with engineering, business planning, and cross-functional marketing teams to deliver business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities and use cases to establish AI innovation within key categories and for key audience.
  • Establish a framework for prioritizing the right audience and drive experimentation partnering with stakeholders.
  • Identify customer and market needs and opportunity to innovate with Bing in specific categories to deliver value.
  • Experience briefing in creative teams for paid media and other GTM campaigns.
  • Ability to condense complex information down into easily digestible data points.
  • Partner with x-functional team to drive campaign management of an array of GTM marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with content teams, including Advertising, to ensure premium consumer experience.
  • Drive for agility, efficiency, and creative problem solving to complement the pace of the technology.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    • OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience with analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in product planning, marketing research, and A/B and multi-variant experiments.
  • Ability to influence large cross-functional teams and leadership.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
