Job Title: Project Manager (Change Management) Employee Type: WS Expected Weekly Hours: 40 Location: Remote (Must be located in PST time zone)Pay Rate: $72.75 - $75.35 per hour. Position Summary This position is responsible for supporting the client's business unit(s) with the management and coordination of various project management activities including meeting business requirements/deliverables against scope, schedule and budget. Responsibilities
  • Align operational strategies to business needs in order to yield high-quality deliverables
    • Understand, communicate, and provide program/project information to key client internal and external stakeholders
    • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
    • Develop reports/dashboards and presentations to enable the client team to capture, track, and communicate project status issues to inform business decisions
  • Manage assigned projects end-to-end using the appropriate project management framework, methodology, standards, compliance, and best practices to ensure successful delivery of projects on scope, schedule, and budget
    • Drive all aspects of projects including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, change, and risk management
    • Create, coordinate, implement, and drive plans to completion in alignment with the strategy, timelines, and objectives of the business
    • Proactively anticipate and manage risks/issues and draft regular status reports
    • Help recruit employee and contractor resources, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence to hold individuals accountable for deliverables
    • Take appropriate action on gaps and redundancies across personnel
  • Identify, propose, and implement business process/workflow improvements
  • Occasionally work 40+ hours in a week to meet certain team milestones
  • Perform other duties as needed
Education and Credential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related field
  • Eligible to work in the US without RLA sponsorship for employment visa status
Experience Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in an project/program management role for a large tech company
    • Use of Agile/Scrum management methodologies on large scale projects to consistently meet deadlines, successfully triage changing priorities, identify risks, and track issues to resolution
    • Worked on cross functional teams across consumer and/or commercial hardware or software products and services
    • Use of data analysis tools to create reports/presentations/dashboards
  • 5+ years of experience with using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint and Excel
  • Experience managing vendor/supplier relationships
  • Experience communicating directly with customers and/or external partners
  • PMP or PMI certification preferred
  • Prosci Change Management Cert preferred
Skills Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • High proficiency using productivity software such as M365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams and SharePoint)
  • Ability to use agile/scrum project/program management principles and methodologies to consistently meet task deadlines, triage changing priorities, and track issues to resolution
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams with a customer service mindset
Work Environment
  • The position typically operates in a standard office environment and/or from employee's home
  • Must be locate in PST time zone
  • Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
