Job Responsibility:

Hillcroft Medical Clinic Association has an opportunity available for a

Accounts Payable for its Sugar Land, TX location.

Position Summary:

Accounts Payable Functions (Dynamics GP experience required)

• Prepare A/P weekly - review and code invoices, create payables batches, print checks and obtain signatures, scan and mail checks.

• Communicate with vendors and building management

• Order supplies as needed for the Business office and doctors

• Assist in setting up for monthly Board Meetings

• Candidate should be a self-starter with high attention to detail. Work area and job tasks require a quiet and self-motivated person.

Job Responsibilities:

Education / Qualifications:

· Associate's Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience required

Knowledge / Experience:

· Coursework in computerized accounting software required (Peachtree, Great Plains, or equivalent)

· Microsoft Dynamics GP experience preferred

· Microsoft Excel knowledge required

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, flexible schedule available

Location: 1429 Highway 6 South, Sugar Land, TX 77478

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
